Students will be able to: use various modern biochemical techniques, which are used in current research. They will learn to use basic biochemical operations such as isolation of selected biomolecules, their quantitation, chromatographical and electrophoretical characterization, kinetic enzyme studies etc. The acquired knowledge will be used by students during their work on bachelor and diploma thesis. |
