The aim of the course is individual experimental solution of a project from food technology area, which follows on from „Food Technology project I“. The student task is to manage the methodology and individual experiments, write a scientific report, prepare a presentation, discuss and defend the results of the project.

Acquire methodological tools for experimental work. Formulate an experimental program, carry out experiments and evaluate results in a structured form of scientific report on a given topic. Discuss own results with published scientific information.
