Annotation -
The course focuses on the project management according to the recognized Project Management Institute methodology. The syllabus covers all processes needed for elaboration of the project plan and for the consecutive execution of the project. Throughout the course the project methodology is applied to the building of the startup firm organized as student group projects.

Students will be able to:

Create the project plan according to the PMI methodology

Manage the realization of the projects according to the PMI methodology

Use supporting SW tools for project planning and execution as MS Project or ProjectLibre

Know the key tools and steps to build a successful startup
