The subject of the Interpersonal communication deals with various aspects of communication related to teacher work, pupil education (especially adolescents), and to the school as an organization as well. The key topics of the subject are verbal and nonverbal communication, social interaction and terms, also partial communication skills and difficulties solved in a pedagogic and working environment. Furthermore, the Interpersonal communication covers the relation to an external school environment - by creating culture and image of the school.

Předmět Interpersonální komunikace se zabývá různými aspekty komunikace, které jsou spojeny s prací učitele, vzděláváním žáků (zejména dospívajících) i se školou jako organizací. Klíčovými tématy předmětu je komunikace verbální a neverbální, sociální interakce a vztahy i dílčí komunikační dovednosti a problémy řešené v pedagogickém a pracovním prostředí. Interpersonální komunikace se týká rovněž vztahů k vnějšímu prostředí školy, utvářením kultury a image školy.

Student will be able to:
After successful completion of this course, the student will have theoretical knowledge in the area of Interpersonal communication, should be able to understand the role of a teacher within the context of communication and key communication skills, will be ready to put his knowledge into practice during the work with a class, to resolve uncooperative behaviour, and also will be acquainted with the communication tools and will make use of them during communication with the parents and the public.

Studenti budou umět:
Úspěšným zvládnutím předmětu získá student teoretické znalosti z oblasti interpersonální komunikace; bude schopen porozumět roli učitele v souvislostech komunikace a klíčových komunikačních dovedností. Bude připraven poznatky aplikovat v práci s třídou, řešit nespolupracující chování, znát a využívat nástroje komunikace s rodiči a veřejností.
