The aim of the course is to develop students’ ability to independently prepare, plan, manage, and evaluate a project in the context of a real organization. Students will learn how to appropriately select and apply project management methods and tools, work with project objectives, scope, time, costs, resources, risks, and stakeholders, and respond to changes during project implementation. Emphasis is placed not only on technical knowledge, but primarily on its practical application, decision-making under uncertainty, teamwork, communication, and taking responsibility for proposed solutions. By the end of the course, students should be able to manage a smaller project independently or contribute competently to the management of more complex projects.
