For roles that will be part of the approval process, a permission to edit (schval) needs to be set up in the Courses module.

Users of the given role will be able to approve courses on a level corresponding to the user’s permission to edit (edit) - edit those course attributes that allow modification and edit the teaching schedule (teacher / department / school / faculty).

You can set the permissions for the individual roles and assign them to specific users in the SIS Admin – Roles and users module.
