"The basic functions of the individual components of the immune system. Adaptive part of the immune system and details of the interactions of cell components leading to the final production of specific antibodies. Characteristics related to the structure and properties of antigens and antibodies, antibody production, parameters antigen-antibody interaction and modification of molecules of antigens and antibodies for immunoassays needs. Haptens and immunoassay. Details about principles and procedures of basic immunochemical methods. Enzyme Immunoassay and the differences in the variations of the arrangement. Amplification of the label signal per unit of antibody-antigen interaction. Furthermore, principles of multidetection antibody chips, immunosensors, microfluidic arrangements and applications in affinity chromatography, respectively."
