The subject is dedicated as the optional subject for MSc students and comes after the basic courses of analytical chemistry, food analysis and atomic spectroscopy. The lectures are focused on the problems of inorganic trace analysis, taking biological samples, sample treatment techniques and the application of spectrometric, electrochemical and separation analytical methods for determination and speciation of elements, especially in food and other biological matrices.
