Annotation -
The course Analysis of Natural Bioactive Compounds: Laboratory is designed for students who have completed the course Analysis of Natural Bioactive Compounds. The aim of the course is to introduce to students selected modern techniques for sample preparation, development and optimization of analyte separation, detection of compounds, data handling and interpretation. Laboratories are designed as single handed activities of students on their projects, the first part is based on a literature review and proposal of a suitable analytical procedure and after the consultation with the teacher, the project can be realized in the laboratory. The measured data are evaluated and interpreted in the final report.
