Annotation -

V rámci předmětu se studenti seznámí s aplikačním potenciálem různých variant uspořádaní plynové chromatografie (GC), jak v oblasti cílené analýzy, tak i pro účely necílového screeningu. Akcent je kladen na charakterizaci nejnovějších trendů v a perspektivní vývoj této stěžejní techniky, diskutovány budou i kritické aspekty pro zajištění optimálních pracovních charakteristik.
