Learning outcomes -

Students will be able to:

Describe the various partial melting processes on the basis of the results of experiments for the models and practical knowledge and to define the most important process parameters.

Suggest a condition for the realization of the melting process based on processes knowledge.

Use glass melting process knowledge to solve problems of glass production and preparation of laboratory glass.

Prepare the glass of given composition in laboratory conditions.
