Learning outcomes -

Students will be able to:

In detail interpret 1D and 2D NMR spectra (in particular 1H, 19F, 13C, 31P, 15N, APT, HOMODEC, NOE, NOEDIF, NOESY1D, 2D NOESY, 2D HMBC, 2D HSQC, 2D COSY, 2D TOCSY, ...), and based on a combination of the uniquely assign signals to the atoms in the molecule, or to propose a structure of unknown substance.
