The relationship between Six Sigma and Lean Management, linking the goals of Six Sigma projects with the strategy of the organization 3. Basic description of DMAIC methodology 4. DEFINE - project selection for Six Sigma application, project team creation and project planning 5. DEFINE - stakeholder analysis (relationship analysis, influence matrix, choice of communication strategy for individual stakeholders) 6. DEFINE - customer voice determination (VOC) and identification of CTQ (Critical to Quality) 7. DEFINE / MEASURE - process mapping 8. MEASURE - process capability, determination of causes, identification of root causes 9. MEASURE - planning of data collection, implementation of data collection (types of data, forms for data collection, operational definitions for measurement and monitoring, ensuring and verification of data validity) 10. ANALYSIS - data analysis (graphical analysis, correlation and regression analysis, hypothesis testing), verification of the correctness of root cause identification 11. IMPROVE - solution design, priority setting and choice of solution variant 12. IMPROVE - implementation of improvements 13.
