Annotation -
The subject is focused on handling the basics of criminal law (criminal code) and criminal procedure. In the first part of subject the general institutes criminal code and the theory of facts of case are analyzed. In the part of the criminal procedure the subject is focused on basic principles of criminal procedure, subjects of criminal procedure, detaining institutes, process of proving and the characteristics of phases of criminal procedure.

Aim of the course -

Students will be able to:

apply general institutes of criminal code. They will also be able to apply those institutes on analysis of some parts (facts of case) in the special part of criminal code. In the criminal procedure part, the students will be able to explain basic institutes and the meaning of phases of criminal procedure.
