2. Separation of solid particles: filtration, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, centrifugation

3. Methods of suspension adjustments, effect of electrolytes, temperature, ionic strength, sorbents

4. Extraction and adsorption, comparison of basic parameters (equilibrium, interruptibility, efficiency, capacity, selectivity

5. Batch extraction, continuous extraction, Craig extraction, effect of pH, ion pairs formation

6. Batch adsorption, continuous adsorption, adsorption on a solid bed (approximation)

7. Chromatography: sorbents, instrumentation, implementation, mobile phase selection

8. Chromatography: Gauss equation, Poisson distribution, yield, and fraction purity
