Requirements to the exam - Czech

Studenti v průběhu semestru pravidelně konzultují s mentorem (vyučujícím) řešení daného projektu. Pro jeho realizaci je nezbytná komunikace se zadavatelem (firmou) dle jeho požadavků. Finální výstup musí být odevzdán v reprezentativní formě a prezentován před zástupci zadavatele i univerzity. Předpokládaná práce na projektu odpovídá studijní zátěži 3 ECTS, tj. rámcově 80 - 90 hodin.

Syllabus -

The aim of the course is to provide students with the opportunity to apply practical knowledge in the field of modern and specific approaches to management. Students will gain knowledge and skills of practical implementation in cooperation on a specific project in a partner company.

Students will use theoretical knowledge acquired in subjects focused on strategic management, innovation management, project management, finance, human resources, information systems and more. Emphasis is placed on the interconnection of sub-areas.

The final output will be presented to the representatives of the contracting authority (in Czech or English according to the company's requirements).
