Students will learn the main principles of psychology that can be applied in everyday practice in management, leadership, and for managerial development. The course will introduce a variety of topics focusing especially on the influence of group dynamics on the functioning of work teams, current personality typologies used in managerial practice, strategies of conflict resolution and effective negotiation, and on theories and practical approaches in workplace motivation.
