1. Introduction, safety Úvod do laboratoří, bezpečnost práce. Ukázky stavby aparatur a základních operací organické syntézy.

2. One and multistep syntheses of various substances including isolation and identification of products, filtration, crystallization.

3. Stirring, heating

4. Distillation at atmospheric and diminished pressure

5. Steam distillation

6. Melting point determination, GC of the prepared substances.
