The course focuses on the principles of separation using liquid chromatography, specifically on the selection of columns, mobile phases, and strategies for choosing appropriate detection methods. Attention is paid to setting and optimizing chromatographic conditions, and the development and validation of analytical methods using liquid chromatography are discussed in detail. The focus is primarily on problem solving - TROUBLESHOOTING. Specific cases are used to analyze individual problems that users may encounter and how to solve them.
