Students will be able to characterise the conditions and entrepreneurial trends in the 21st century,evaluate a new business idea and develop a business plan (to select and use relevant information and methods to develop business plans, analyse risks and their impact on the feasibility of business plans).

4. Business plan, its purpose and types, its connections to other types of documents

5. Diverse recipients of business plans, how to write a business plan according to recipient’s requirements

6. Business objectives, analyses of external and internal environment, use of relevant information

7. Strategy and marketing, organising work-flow, processes, and organisational structure

8. Investment budget and resources to finance it

9. Calculations and scenarios, financial plan

10. Financial analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of business plan, risks and their management

11. Attracting investors, elevator pitch, resumé and presentation of business plan

12. Evaluating business plans from investors’ perspective
