The course is of experimental nature, within which students continue experimental work initiated in the course Biotechnology and Food Science - Laboratory Project I. They deepen their theoretical knowledge in a defined area, or they acquire other methodologies associated with the specified topic. Students continue with systematic experimental work and they participate in the direction of research activities and the strategies to address them. During the work, students will deepen their knowledge of methodologies for the collection and processing of experimental data, they will learn to evaluate it by appropriate ways and to compare it with the published literature and to defend them in the form of presentation and discussion.
