Annotation -
Lectures are focused on understanding of thermodymics fundamentals (P-V-T behaviour of gases and liquids, thermodynamic properties of gases and liquids and theory of liquid mixtures). The survey of methods enabling the estimation of physical properties of pure compounds and mixtures is given too.

Aim of the course -

Following knowledge is expected after finishing the course:

1/ application of basic principles of P-V-T behaviour and thermodynamics of gases and liquids

2/ basic knowledge of the theory of liquid mixtures

3/ estimation methods for basic properties of gases and liquids
