Annotation
The course acquaints students with measuring instruments and procedures applicable in modern conception of environmental protection and its monitoring. The environment itself can be defined by three basic components – air, water, soil – their physical and chemical properties are discussed in detail. Students will also get acquainted with the basics of meteorology as a science describing the state of the Earth's atmosphere.
