Students will be able to:

Describe the mechanisms of degradation of some organic materials of historical subjects.

Propose methods of conservation and restoration, including the assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.

Suggest practice preventive care for these objects.

Studenti budou umět:

Popsat mechanismy degradace vybraných organických materiálů památkových předmětů.

Navrhnout metody jejich konzervace a restaurování, včetně zhodnocení výhod a nevýhod těchto metod.

Navrhnout postupy preventivní péče o tyto předměty.
