Annotation -
The goal is deeper understanding of function of cosmetic products on the human body, physico-chemical changes and chemical reactions of cosmetic compounds that take place during formulation, production and storage. Regulation options these processes and changes are mentioned.

Aim of the course -

Students will be able to:

Orientate themselves in the composition of cosmetics.

Have basic theoretical knowledge of surfactants, emulsifiers, emollients, humectants and other substances which are used in cosmetics industry.

Prepare basic forms of cosmetic products.
