Students pass two-weeks practical training in conservation laboratories, restorer-studios or research institution. During the practice, students will get practical knowledge required for future carrier.

To get a credit students have to pass the practise according to the contract and sumbit a report in the range of 5 pages of text + images. The report have to include the information about the place where the practise was carried out and the name of person who supervised the practice. The content and structure of the report depends on the specific content of the practice, generally it can be divided into: laboratory protocol or semestral work (introduction + theoretical part, experimental part, results and discussion and conclusion) restoration / conservator report (introduction, assessment of the state of the object, methods of preservation, used materials, procedure, conclusion) It should be clear from the report that the student is aware of what he was doing.
