The course will be divided into three subsequent sections. The first one will introduce the waste processing principles in historical perspective, with special emphasize to the period of industrial revolution. The second part will be directed to the technical principles and technical systems applied generally within the waste processing technologies. The third part will be related to the prediction of the future waste management development, considering the current global environmental trends.
