Annotation -
The aim of the course is to teach students to determine basic physical and chemical properties of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels.
Last update: Staš Martin (01.09.2024)
Aim of the course -

Students will know:

• selected fuel sampling methods,

• preparation of fuel samples for analysis,

• determination of selected parameters of gaseous, liquid and solid fuels.

Course completion requirements -

The condition for completing the course is the successful completion of all prescribed laboratory works. The total mark is obtained as an arithmetic average of marks for individual laboratory works. The grade for the laboratory work is obtained as the arithmetic average of the partial grades for (i) the initial examination of the theory and the actual laboratory work procedure, (ii) the experimental work itself, and (iii) the quality of the laboratory protocol processing.
