Equipment and unit downstream operations – cleaning, CIP station, conventional separation technology, cell disintegration. 13. Equipment and unit downstream operations – membrane separation technologies, extraction, precipitation, distillation, drying, stripping. 14. Methods of optimization and scale-up of bioprocesses.
