The goal of the subject is to inform students about advanced computation methods of mass and enthalpic balance during fuels combustion. The overview of oxidation mechanisms of fuels, pollutants formation and reduction is given too.
Aim of the course -

Students will be able to compute fundamental energy characteristics of fuels and perform exact mass and energy ballance of fuel combustion. They will understand construction of various types combustion devices and they will know how to decrease pollutant formation.
