The course is focused on the basic principles of "technology transfer" in academia. Students will get information on intellectual property protection, with the commercial analysis of projects and their development towards practical use. Possible routs to commercialization will be presented starting from license agreements up to spin-off company incorporation. Overview of typical foreign and domestic tech transfer offices will be also given.
