Přednáška poskytuje teoretické základy moderních metod výpočetní chemie a jejich použití, např. pro výpočty konformačních rovnováh nebo spektroskopických vlastností molekul (IČ, NMR, atd.). Přednáška je spojená se cvičením, kde si studenti mohou příklady praktických výpočtů vyzkoušet
