1. An overview of raw materials and main petrochemical processes, steam cracking of hydrocarbons 2. Propene production by fluid catalytic cracking, propane dehydrogenation and alkene metathesis 3. Production processes for benzene, toluene and xylenes 4. Isolation and petrochemical utilization of C4 hydrocarbons - butadiene, butenes, izobutene, MTBE 5. Test of knowledge gained from study materials on topics 1 - 4 6. Importance and utilization of main polymers, production and utilization of polyethylene 7. Production and utilization of polyvinyl chloride, ethylene oxide, vinyl acetate, alk-1-enes 8. Production and utilization of polypropylene, acrylonitrile, propylene oxide and oxo alcohols 9. Production and uses of styrene, amides, phenol, aniline, poly(ethylenterephthalate) and phthalic anhydride 10. Production of hydrogen and syngas, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis 11. Test of knowledge gained from study materials on topics 6 - 10 12. Production and uses of ammonia, methanol and formaldehyde 13. Production and uses of surfactants 14. Production and uses of acetylene and naphthalene 15. 2 workshops focused on selected technologies. Workshops are held in Unipetrol company with experienced technology experts. |

Student musí úspěšně napsat 2 průběžné a poté závěrečný zkouškový test. Z každého testu je nutno získat alespoň 50 bodů ze 100 možných. V ústní části zkoušky student případně vysvětlí a doplní odpovědi uvedené v písemné části. Výsledná známka se skládá z 1/4 bodů získaných z 1. testu, z 1/4 bodů získaných z 2. testu a 1/2 bodů získaných ze závěrečného testu. |
