Annotation -
Providing skills in the field of waste collection, transport, processing, recycling or disposal, with special amphasis on to solid waste - both municipal and industrial. The main aim of the course is to enlighten the state of the art in waste management and treatment technology, organizational and legislative developments and practices of handling solid wastes within the Czech Republic and Europe.

7. Waste incineration, other thermal processes for waste treatment

8. Industrial and agricultural waste

9. Mining and construction waste

10. Waste recycling – paper, textiles, glass

11. Waste recycling – plastics, metals, electronic waste

12. End-of-life vehicles and waste from the automotive industry

13. New types of waste and the challenges of their treatment

14. The waste–product relationship, illegal waste handling, information systems
