The course focuses on detailed interpretation of 1D and 2D NMR spectra, and their relationships with the structure of organic compounds.
Aim of the course -
Last update: Pátková Vlasta (05.01.2018)

Students will be able to:

In detail interpret 1D and 2D NMR spectra (in particular 1H, 19F, 13C, 31P, 15N, APT, HOMODEC, NOE, NOEDIF, NOESY1D, 2D NOESY, 2D HMBC, 2D HSQC, 2D COSY, 2D TOCSY, ...), and based on a combination of the uniquely assign signals to the atoms in the molecule, or to propose a structure of unknown substance.
