4. Liquid chromatography (LC). Principles, separation modes, instrumentation, sorbents and columns, detectors.

5. Supercritical fluid chromatography. Principles and instrumentation.

6. Simulated Moving Bed technique. Description of the method, applications.

7. Solid phase extraction. Principles and applications.

8. Mass spectrometry (MS). Ionization techniques, analyzers, detectors, GC-MS a LC-MS.

9. Methods of drug analysis in solid phase.

10. Polymorphism of API and analytical methods used for their detection.

11. Dissolution and adsorption of drugs.

12. Spectroscopic techniques of drug analysis - 1.

13. Spectroscopic techniques of drug analysis - 2.
