Annotation -
The aim of the course is to introduce the general concept of laboratory diagnostic tests, especially: a) indicators of quality of examinations and laboratories as a whole (lectures 1-4) b) the application of science in the modern laboratory practice c) other diagnostic methods, such as histological, molecular-genetic, hematologic, etc. "Classical" clinical-biochemical tests, were covered familiar in the previous subject "Determination of analytes in medicine".

Aim of the course -

Students will able to:

gain knowledge of the overall work flow of laboratories, quality control of analytical methods as well as other diagnostic laboratory methods used in medical practice.
