The objective of this laboratory course focused on the area ´food quality and safety´ is to get relevant skills / trading and perform preliminary experiments which enable follow-up realization of diploma work - in line with instructions provided by respective supervisor.

  • understand efficient participation in planning of experimental activities;
  • process documentation on validation of respective analytical procedures;
  • critically assess obtained results and draw respective conclusions / proposals for follow-up experiments.
