The aim of this course is to help graduates in area of soft skills. It is focused on knowledge and skills in the area of social competencies that are key to a successful start of their careers. A significant part of the course focuses on training communication and presentation skills and on the effective dealing with people.

Prepare and present professional communication before a small group

Identify their preferred style of conflict solution and interpersonal interactions

Understand the organization's environment and its requirements

Estimate their responses to changes in the organization and know ways to respond to these changes effectively
