Annotation -

The aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge of project management and its use in process control. Students will gain practical application of project management principles, its rules and procedures. Upon successful completion, students will be able to prepare a project plan the project, manage the project and monitor its progress. Students will be able to select and customize project management methodology for the practical use.

Requirements to the exam - Czech

Předmět je ukončen zápočtem a ústní zkouškou. Podmínkou udělení zápočtu je:

Zpracování a prezentace projektu v týmu na zvolené téma - zpracování projektu bude respektovat metodiku přednášenou na přednáškách (proces, šablony)

Rozsah cca 10 stran A4,

Prezentace: možná v Power Point nebo Prezi, 15 min prezentace v týmu před ostatními studenty. Na tématech se dohodneme 2. a 3. týden na přednáškách. Prezentaci zaslat den předem vyučující.
