The "Introductory Course" expands the student´s sport life at the university.The regular semestral offer includes a wide range of courses of different focus. There is also a variety of sporting events, ranging from one day to one week.

1) the knowledge of rules, techniques and tactics a number of sports of physical activities

2) safety rules and behavior during outdoor sports

3) engage in teamwork

4) self-knowledge, learning to responsibility

General Sports Course: physical activity in nature, ball games.Focused on develop physical fitness and coordination, teamwork, learning rules, technical and tactical principles

Courses focusing on one sport activity: intense sports activity, the development of fitness, technical and tactical skills, regeneration

Climbing courses: principles and rules of movement in the walls, equipment

Cycling courses: exploring interesting places, safe behavior on the road, equipment

Hiking courses: sightseeing tours, walking along marked trails, hiking

Courses canoeing and water sports: safety rules for rafting, basic canoeing skills, camping in nature.

Ski courses: quipment, maintenance and ski waxing. Technique for downhill skiing and cross-country skiing (classic and freestyle), snowboarding.
