The subject is designed for absolute beginners, therefore no knowledge of German is required. The aim of the subject is the level A1 accorrding to the Common European Framework of Reference.

Aim of the course -

Students will be able to:

• introduce themselves and another person (country, residence, age, occupation, marital status, hobbies)

• talk about their family

• name some clothing, gifts, food, and drinks

• engage in a simple conversation in a shop

• simply describe their eating habits

• order food and drinks in a restaurant

• describe their weekly schedule

• arrange a meeting

• express a request and thanks, agreement and disagreement

• fill out a simple form
