Annotation -
This course introduces the basic objectives and forms of corporate financial management, makes students familiar with the financial structure and the basics of financial analysis.

Aim of the course -

Student will be able to:

Understand the financial statements and rumors simple financial analysis

Apply basic methods of investment evaluation and decisions on how to acquire investments

Suggest a division of the profit of companies

Understand the basic forms of business in the Czech Republic and legal framework of business
