Annotation -
The course focuses on developing key skills needed in the beginning of graduates professional careers. The aim is to orient students in terms and conditions for their successful application in practice. The tutorial is aimed in practical application. All thematic blocks include the theoretical information and the application part, focused on delivering practical experience and recommendations. An essential part of teaching is the layout of diagnostics and application exercises in which graduates can verify their own abilities and skills, get feedback on their strengths and weak aspects and recommendations for its further development.

Students will be able to:

Prepare and present a paper on a chosen topic.

Prepare for hard dealings and negotiation

Solve basic problems in teamwork.

Analyze and compare the applied techniques of individual and group problem solving.
