Annotation -
Human resources management in educational institutions course is focused on issues specific to the management of human resources in the field of education and educational institutions. In addition to the basic theoretical knowledge of the discipline of human resource management, we emphasize mastery of certain skills needed in the management of educational institutions and for the application of basic knowledge of human resource management in the school environment. The course combines lectures and seminar work. For selected topics practical exercises are also used.

Aim of the course -

Students of this course will be able to:

1. define the basic and relevant concepts of human resource management and understand the current terminology of human resource management

2. orientate themselves within the basic theoretical concepts of human resource management

3. understand the specificity of application of knowledge in the field of human resource management into an environment of educational institutions

4. use basic knowledge of the course in their own teaching practice;

5. search for relevant and current resources utilized in further education in human resources management.
