This subject is based on the modern trend of knowledge economy focusing on the acquisition and use of knowledge of all employees. Managers who are able to coordinate their subordinates are necessary. This course builds on some subjects of bachelor's degree, especially on Management and Human resources management. The main interest is focused on personal activities important for all managers, especially recruiting, assessing and stimulating subordinates, team management etc.

Students will be able to:

Understand and participate in the personal activities in the enterprise

Prepare and implement selection and evaluation interview

Use selected techniques for objective evaluation of subordinates

Propose activities to strengthen corporate culture
