Annotation -
This course provides an overview on the characterization methods for nanoparticles, nanocrystalline and nanoporous materials.
Last update: Pabst Willi (01.08.2013)
Aim of the course -

Students will be able to:

correctly use all concepts related to nanoparticle size and shape,

correctly interpret size distributions,

use the correct terminology for the presetation of results and understand the theoretical fundamentals of common characterzation methods to the degree necessary to take full advantage of the current special literature in the field.
