Annotation -

The subject deals with three basic topics - textile materials, machine equipment and textile technology. Basic types of materials in technology, materials properties and their influence on dying and printing. Pretreatment of materials, dying, printing, finish treatment - chemical technology. Machine equipment for pretreatment, printing, dying and final treatment. The teaching is associated with practical exercises in the field of a dying and printing.

Aim of the course -

Students will be able to:

know technologies of pretreatment methods, dyeing, printing, finishing operations of individual types of textile materials (cotton, flax, wool, natural silk, synthetic fibers)

know technology of dying, printing and finishing of textiles (cotton, linen, silk and synthetic fibers)

Course completion requirements - Czech

Studenti se na zkoušku přihlašují přes SIS.

Studentovi, který není v SISu zapsán, nebude umožněno zkoušku vykonat.

Student, který se ze SISu neodhlásí a na zkoušku se nedostaví, obdrží známku "F". Na mailové a telefonické omluvy nebude brán zřetel.

2. Pretreatment of cellulosic materials (cotton, flax).

3. Pretreatment of animal fibers (wool, silk).

5. Machine equipment for pretreatment.

6. Dyeing of cellulosic fibers.

7. Dyeing of regenerated cellulose.

8. Dyeing of animal fibers (wool, silk).

9. Dyeing of synthetic fibers.

10. Dyeing of fiber mixtures.

11. Machine equipment for dyeing.

12. Printing - introduction (types of printing, basic operations, printing of different types of materials by various groups of dyes - printing pastes, finishing operations after printing).
