Annotation -
The subject is focused on the analysis of behaviour of chemically reacting systems and design of chemical reactors. The students are introduced to basic concepts, mass and energy balances of reacting systems in steady and dynamic states. Further the students are acquainted with the analysis of heterogeneous reactions both catalytic and non catalytic together with chemical reactor models used in heterogeneous reaction applications. The important part of subject is the design of chemical reactor based on laboratory kinetic data.

Course completion requirements -

Students have to pass successfully two written partial exams after 6th and 10th week in the semester. The performance assessment is passed if it receives a grade of E or higher of ECTS grades.

Requirements to the exam - Czech

Kontrola studia - dva průběžné testy. Zápočet obdrží studenti, kteří dosáhnou v každém průběžném testu ALESPOŇ 50 bodů. Ti, kteří výše uvedené kritérium nesplňují, absolvují zápočtový test v rozsahu odpovídajícím neúspěšným testům (2 nebo 4 příklady). Zápočet obdrží ti, kteří dosáhnou v tomto testu ALESPOŇ 50 bodů.

Zkouška je ústní.
