Annotation -
Tha aim of the subject is to expand the basic knowledge of the biochemical course and to adopt new techniques of modern biochemistry and to amend the spectrum of techniques of biochemistry and molecular biology used in research laboratories.

isolate the proteins from various sources

characterize the enzyme activity

determine the degree of cooperativity of the enzyme during its denaturation

identify the protein by mass spectrometry

isolate plasmid DNA and characterize it by restriction cleavage

analyze and process the results to protocols
